News and stuff with other stuff….

Tuesday, August 26th, 2008

Hello everyone,
So we are gearing up for the school year and getting some pretty good stuff with other stuff to go along with that stuff and maybe some other stuff that would be good too.  At any rate, I was talking to Jon, my friend…Jon.  You know, with the sandy red-ish hair and glasses, about […]

But seriously, Hooray for New West Fest….Seriously.

Thursday, August 21st, 2008

Hello all,

Ok. I’m a man. I can admit when I’m wrong. And I was wrong. Many
people have heard me complain about New West Fest, and it’s because
last year was twice the work for half the money, which is mildly
infuriating. But this year we beat all of our sales records with just
beer. Holy crap did we […]

Oscar Post

Wednesday, February 13th, 2008

I was going to post the Oscar Nominations so that everyone could see how good the movies we consistently get are. But I must admit that I maybe too egotistical to commit such a selfless act. So instead I’m going to pick who I think SHOULD have been nominated, and highlight (marked with […]

There will be high grosses

Wednesday, January 9th, 2008

As well as Blood on the 25th of January.  Our fabulous booker Paul has done it again.  He must have sold his entire family’s souls to the devil, because I know he already sold HIS soul to get us INTO THE WILD.  And now we have THERE WILL BE BLOOD, which will not only be […]

Juno

Friday, December 14th, 2007

I feel like I should do a blog entry about Juno since I keep getting emails about it.
You: Have you heard of a movie called Juno?
Me: Yes.
You: Are you getting it?
Me: No.
You: Why not?
Me: For a slew of different reasons, do you want to hear them all?
You: Yes.
Me: Well I don’t want to tell you.
You: […]

A small glimps of the future

This picture of Josh was taken on October 18th

Now look at us….

I’m just kidding, neither Josh nor I are ducks…but I do think ducks are pretty cute.  I guess point being, this business has been pretty fickle and we are learning to be as depressed as humanly possible in the bad times, and blow the […]

Wednesday, October 3rd, 2007

That should be the name of a song. Crazy September. And it should be about how we should either cut September out of the calendar or build a time machine to fast forward to October. As you can see, September and I have a turbulent relationship. When all was said and […]

Monday, September 10th, 2007

That’s right. This weekend we made a WHOLE dollar. Or maybe a couple. On the whole I would say the Tri-Media was a success even if we didn’t make as much as I wanted…we never do. All I want is bath tub that’s faucet spews hundred dollar bills instead of water. […]
